To inspire and nurture the talents of tomorrow, we start by making connections today 🤝 These days, we are back at Istituto A. Volta to kick off the 2025 edition of the PCTO programme, a long-standing partnership that, from 2019, aims to bring education ever closer to the world of work and industry. These moments help students explore real career paths through a two-part experience: “Fameccanica in the School” and “School in Fameccanica”, with students joining us right in the company. Together with some of them, we relived their training at Angelini Technologies - Fameccanica and their insertion in the company, moving from electrical and electronic topics to the testing of robotic cells or the activities of the assembly department.   It’s a journey of mutual growth, which will continue to teach us as well as them. That's why we were thrilled to host a delegation of 50 students from Professor @Gilda Antonelli's Business Organization and HRM courses at @Università degli Studi 'Gabriele d'Annunzio'​ di Chieti, as well as @Massimo Cesarino, our partner from MAW, at our headquarters.
