The content listed below is not accessible for the following reasons: non-compliance with Law no. 4 of January 9, 2004:

 

●C.9.1.1.1 - Some non-textual content presented to the user has no equivalent textual alternative serving the same purpose;

 

●C.9.1.2.2 - Some pre-recorded audio content does not have synchronized subtitles;

 

●C.9.1.3.1 - In some cases, information, structure, or correlations transmitted by the presentation of the pages cannot be programmatically determined (or are not available via text);

 

●C.9.1.4.1 - In some cases, color was used on its own to identify a purpose or distinguish information or a function;

 

●C.9.1.4.3 - The visual representation of text and images containing text does not always have the minimum contrast ratio required, with some exceptions provided for by the regulations (e.g., logotypes);

 

●C.9.1.4.4 - Some texts, with the exception of subtitles and images containing text, cannot be resized to 200 percent without assistive technologies and without losing content and functionality;

●C.9.2.2.2 - Some animations, blinks, scrolls or auto-updates of information that start automatically, last more than five seconds or are presented in parallel with other content, and there are no mechanisms to interrupt or hide them;

 

●C.9.2.4.2 - Some web pages have no titles that describe their topic or purpose;

 

●C.9.2.4.3 - In some web pages that can be navigated sequentially, and in which the navigation sequence affects their meaning and functioning, some objects that could receive focus do not receive it in an order that maintains their meaning and operability;

 

●C.9.2.4.4 - The purpose of some links cannot be determined from the link text or from the link text together with adjacent content;

 

●C.9.2.4.6 - Headings and/or labels do not sufficiently clarify content or functionality;

 

●C.9.3.1.2 - In some cases, when phrases or switches to a foreign language appear in the text, this is not indicated in the code;

 

●C.9.4.1.2 - In some cases, the user interface components (including: elements of a form, links, and script-generated components...), name, role, status, properties, and values are incorrect or not set, or the user and his/her assistive technologies are not notified when these change;
